Carlos Diez-Arguelles is a lawyer with over 35 years experience in personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice litigation. He is recognized among Florida’s top 100 trial lawyers. His success in the recovery of multi-million dollar awards, has earned him a seat as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Diez-Arguelles has a long history of service to the community and to the legal profession including: the Board of Directors of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Board of Trustees of the Florida Lawyers Action Group, the Civil Board Trial Certification Committee of the Florida Bar, the Ninth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee, the Gender Bias Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, the Professional Ethics Committee of the Florida Bar, the Civil Procedure Rules Committee of the Florida Bar, the Board of- Directors of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Chamber of Central Florida and the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.

Mr. Diez-Arguelles has chaired the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Continuing Legal Education Committee. Also, he has co-chaired the Insurance Task Force of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Diez-Arguelles lectures to professional groups on such topics as Jury Selection, Opening Statement, Cross-Examination, Closing Argument, Products Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Auto Accidents.
